The Friends of Garibaldi Park Society and the UBC Varsity Outdoors Club have been conducting a survey to see if the BC Parks contract with Miller Capilano is being executed successfully and users are able to drive the Rubble Creek access road to the Garibaldi Lake Trail parking lot without significant snow.
